100% refund only if the issue stems from my side (e.g., failure to meet deadlines, illness, or personal reasons preventing completion).
If you cancel:
50% refund during the sketch phase.

Art with complicated details/ background will be charged more fee.ā© For commercial use (merch, books, projects, etc.), contact me for a custom quote.āŖ Final artwork will be delivered digitally in RGB, 300dpi, JPG format (two versions: watermarked and non-watermarked).ā« Provide accurate references before work begins.
